As a Team Member at Planet Fitness, you’ll be the first face our members see and the heart of our Judgement Free Zone®. Your role is all about creating a positive and welcoming environment by providing top-tier customer service, maintaining cleanliness, and supporting daily club operations. Whether you're checking in members, answering questions, or keeping the club in tip-top shape, you’re helping people feel comfortable and inspired on their fitness journey.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver Outstanding Customer Service
  Greet all members and guests with enthusiasm and a friendly attitude
  Answer member questions and resolve concerns in a professional and timely manner

• Front Desk Operations
  Assist with member check-ins, sign-ups, account updates, and tours
  Respond to phone inquiries and provide accurate information
  Use point-of-sale systems to handle retail purchases

• Club Cleanliness & Safety
  Ensure the facility is clean, sanitized, and stocked throughout your shift
  Follow cleaning protocols and contribute to a safe and welcoming environment

• Team Support
  Work as part of a team to uphold Planet Fitness standards
  Communicate effectively with teammates and club leadership
  Be flexible with responsibilities and help where needed to support club success

What We're Looking For:

• A positive, upbeat attitude and a passion for helping others

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Customer service experience preferred

• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment

• Reliable and punctual work ethic

• Must be 18 years or older

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to remain on your feet for extended periods

• Frequent walking, standing, and talking in person or on the phone

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally

• Ability to bend, reach, and clean throughout the shift
