Role and Responsibilities
As a Merchandise Reset Coordinator, you’ll help bridge the gap between Merchandising and Store Operations teams, playing a key role in improving the in-store customer experience. Your primary tasks will involve:
Executing merchandising resets and service tasks in line with company standards and confirming completion.
Processing returns by organizing and preparing items for shipment.
Keeping signage and digital wayfinding tools accurate and up to date.
Ensuring product pricing is clearly marked and correct throughout the store.
Arranging clearance merchandise and maintaining appealing, well-organized displays.
Fixing or replacing signage, fixtures, and damaged goods as necessary.
Collaborating with your team and manager to provide status updates and manage timelines.
Reviewing project outcomes and communicating insights with store, market, and corporate leaders.
Assisting with other duties as needed.
Work Environment & Travel
Most roles follow a consistent weekday schedule, helping preserve weekend availability (*Note: Live Nursery MST roles may require weekend shifts).
Work may take place indoors or outside, with potential exposure to extreme temperatures, humidity, or loud environments.
Occasional travel may be required for training, meetings, or store support assignments.
Minimum Qualifications
Ability to read, write, and perform basic arithmetic (e.g., addition and subtraction).
Clear verbal communication and auditory skills.
Comfort using web-based applications to manage assigned tasks.
Ability to stand or sit for long periods.
Capability to lift a minimum of 25 pounds without assistance, and more with or without accommodations.
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience working on Lowe’s sales floor.
Background in merchandising, including planogram reading and display setup or teardown.
Experience operating powered equipment like order pickers or lifts.
Familiarity with hand tools such as drills, saws, and other standard equipment.
