Role and Responsibilities:

As a Sales Associate, Internet Fulfillment at Lowe’s, you will be an integral part of the team, responsible for ensuring that customers’ online orders are fulfilled accurately and efficiently. This role involves picking, packing, and preparing items for customer pick-up or delivery, as well as assisting with online order-related customer service. The ideal candidate should have strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience.

• Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for online purchases, ensuring timely pickup or delivery.
• Customer Interaction: Provide excellent service for questions related to online orders, deliveries, and in-store pickups.
• Inventory Management: Maintain and organize stock for quick access and assist in restocking as needed.
• Efficient Work Environment: Keep the fulfillment area clean, organized, and safe, ensuring proper labeling and inventory tracking.
• Collaboration: Coordinate with associates, managers, and logistics to ensure smooth fulfillment operations.
• Quality Control: Verify accuracy of orders, including items, quantities, and order details.
• Technology Use: Use handheld devices and systems to manage inventory and track order fulfillment.
• Customer Pickup: Assist customers with order pickups in a professional and timely manner.
• Problem Resolution: Help resolve order discrepancies and communicate delays or issues to customers and managers.

Required Skills and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift and move items.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with online order systems.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in retail, warehouse, or fulfillment operations.
• Experience with handheld devices or inventory systems.
• Knowledge of Lowe’s products and services.

Work Schedule:

• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy items.
