Role and Responsibilities:

The Frozen Stocker is responsible for maintaining the frozen foods department by stocking, rotating, and organizing frozen products to ensure freshness and availability. This role provides excellent guest service and helps maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized department.

• Stock, rotate, and condition all frozen products on shelves and in freezers according to Lowe’s Foods standards.
• Maintain organized and inventoried overstock in freezer areas, ensuring proper rotation and dating of products.
• Assist with unloading and verifying merchandise deliveries.
• Order frozen products as assigned to maintain proper inventory levels and minimize shrink.
• Maintain sanitation and safety standards in the freezer and sales floor areas.
• Provide polite and friendly service to all guests and co-workers.
• Perform front-end duties as needed to support guest service goals and “no noticeable wait” standards.
• Operate pallet jacks and push/pull stock carts as required.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures related to product handling and safety.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Friendly, outgoing personality with strong guest service skills.
• Ability to work well with others in a team environment.
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs occasionally and 40 lbs consistently.
• Ability to read and follow instructions accurately.
• Knowledge of frozen food operations is preferred.
• Ability to work in cold temperatures and adapt to freezer conditions.
• Capable of bending, kneeling, standing, and pushing/pulling carts for extended periods.
• Must be at least 18 years old (or comply with local age requirements).

Working Conditions:

• Work primarily performed in cold freezer environments and on the sales floor.
• Requires physical activity including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• Must follow safety and sanitation protocols strictly.
