Joining the Receiving department as a Warehouse Associate II, you will play a key role in ensuring efficient and safe handling of products to support smooth warehouse operations and uphold product quality.

Role and Responsibilities:

In this role, you will manage receiving, picking, pulling, labeling, and stocking purchase orders accurately and efficiently within specified timeframes. You will operate power equipment and contribute to various warehouse tasks to meet operational goals.

• Use power equipment (e.g., forklift) to unload deliveries and organize received items.
• Receive purchase orders, inspect for damage, and verify against invoices or packing lists.
• Pull products from warehouse shelves based on item specifications including number, size, color, and quantity.
• Pack and stage completed purchase orders for delivery.
• Verify the accuracy of picked items before staging for delivery.
• Meet or exceed performance expectations by completing tasks efficiently and effectively.
• Support cross-functional warehouse activities such as picking, labeling, shipping, and assisting with deliveries as assigned.

Required Skills and Experience:

• High School diploma, GED, or Trade School graduate.
• 1-2 years of experience in distribution center or warehouse operations.
• Physical fitness to move continuously, lift up to 40 pounds, and operate power equipment safely.
• Strong adherence to safety protocols and proper use of personal protective equipment.
• Ability to work in varying environmental conditions, including extreme temperatures and noisy settings.
• Strong safety orientation and ability to work independently or collaboratively within a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience operating power equipment such as forklifts, reach trucks, or yard trucks.
• Proven ability to perform detail-oriented tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience using spatial reasoning to efficiently position products.
