Role and Responsibilities

In this position, you’ll be responsible for keeping shelves well-stocked and products properly displayed, playing a key role in smooth store operations and customer satisfaction.

• Replenish merchandise on shelves and sales displays

• Conduct inventory counts and ensure stock levels are updated

• Label and arrange products according to company standards

• Help with receiving, unpacking, and sorting shipments

• Keep storage and sales areas clean and organized

• Work closely with team members to reach stocking and inventory goals

• Assist in preparing and fulfilling online customer orders when needed

Required Skills and Experience

• High school diploma or GED

• Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy items safely

• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

• Comfortable working in a busy, fast-moving environment

• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with inventory systems

• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively
