Role and Responsibilities
In this position, you’ll be responsible for keeping shelves well-stocked and products properly displayed, playing a key role in smooth store operations and customer satisfaction.
Replenish merchandise on shelves and sales displays
Conduct inventory counts and ensure stock levels are updated
Label and arrange products according to company standards
Help with receiving, unpacking, and sorting shipments
Keep storage and sales areas clean and organized
Work closely with team members to reach stocking and inventory goals
Assist in preparing and fulfilling online customer orders when needed
Required Skills and Experience
High school diploma or GED
Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy items safely
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Comfortable working in a busy, fast-moving environment
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with inventory systems
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively
