Role and Responsibilities:

• Customer Engagement:
  • Greet customers and provide prompt, courteous assistance with product selection and inquiries.
  • Identify customer needs and offer helpful solutions to enhance their shopping experience.
• Product Knowledge:
  • Maintain an understanding of product features, benefits, and uses.
  • Help customers locate products throughout the store and provide assistance as needed.
• Checkout Assistance:
  • Operate cash registers and process transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Handle returns, exchanges, and refunds in compliance with Lowe’s policies.
• Store Maintenance:
  • Ensure aisles are clean, organized, and accessible.
  • Assist with restocking and maintaining merchandise displays.
• Safety & Compliance:
  • Maintain a safe store environment by following all safety procedures and identifying potential hazards.
  • Adhere to company policies and operational protocols.
• Team Support:
  • Collaborate with other associates to meet customer and store goals.
  • Communicate customer feedback and store trends to leadership.
• Problem Resolution:
  • Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate when needed.
• Training & Development:
  • Participate in training sessions to stay up to date on products, services, and procedures.

Required Skills and Experience:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Basic computer skills and ability to operate store systems.
• Ability to lift up to [X lbs] and perform physical tasks such as bending, lifting, and stocking.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work well with diverse customers and team members.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in retail, customer service, hospitality, or call center environments.
• Familiarity with Lowe’s products or home improvement knowledge.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Understanding of merchandising and inventory principles.
