Role and Responsibilities

As a Stock Replenishment Assistant at Lowe’s, you’ll contribute to a welcoming and well-maintained store environment. You will be responsible for gathering carts, assisting with heavy item loading, and ensuring cleanliness and safety throughout the store’s exterior and interior spaces.

• Cart Collection and Organization: Retrieve carts from the parking lot and store areas, returning them neatly to designated locations for easy customer access.

• Merchandise Loading:: Provide hands-on help by loading large or heavy purchases into customers’ vehicles, ensuring safety and professionalism.

• Customer Support: Offer friendly greetings, respond to questions, and assist customers in locating products or navigating the store.

• Store Cleanliness: Maintain clean and clutter-free entrances and cart storage areas to ensure a safe shopping environment.

• Stocking Support: Pitch in with restocking merchandise and maintaining product displays when needed to support store operations.

Required Skills and Experience

• At least 6 months of experience in a customer-facing or retail support role.

• Comfortable using handheld technology or store-related devices.

• Physically able to lift 25 lbs. independently and up to 50 lbs. with assistance.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail, warehouse, or labor-intensive roles.

• Familiarity with handling carts, loading assistance, or merchandising support.

• Understanding of basic material handling processes.

Compensation and Benefits

This position may be full-time (typically 39–40 hours/week) or part-time (up to 25 hours/week), depending on store requirements. Candidates must be flexible to work a variety of shifts including mornings, evenings, and weekends. Eligible associates may receive:
