Role and Responsibilities
As a Stock Replenishment Assistant at Lowe’s, you’ll contribute to a welcoming and well-maintained store environment. You will be responsible for gathering carts, assisting with heavy item loading, and ensuring cleanliness and safety throughout the store’s exterior and interior spaces.
Cart Collection and Organization: Retrieve carts from the parking lot and store areas, returning them neatly to designated locations for easy customer access.
Merchandise Loading:: Provide hands-on help by loading large or heavy purchases into customers’ vehicles, ensuring safety and professionalism.
Customer Support: Offer friendly greetings, respond to questions, and assist customers in locating products or navigating the store.
Store Cleanliness: Maintain clean and clutter-free entrances and cart storage areas to ensure a safe shopping environment.
Stocking Support: Pitch in with restocking merchandise and maintaining product displays when needed to support store operations.
Required Skills and Experience
At least 6 months of experience in a customer-facing or retail support role.
Comfortable using handheld technology or store-related devices.
Physically able to lift 25 lbs. independently and up to 50 lbs. with assistance.
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience in retail, warehouse, or labor-intensive roles.
Familiarity with handling carts, loading assistance, or merchandising support.
Understanding of basic material handling processes.
Compensation and Benefits
This position may be full-time (typically 39–40 hours/week) or part-time (up to 25 hours/week), depending on store requirements. Candidates must be flexible to work a variety of shifts including mornings, evenings, and weekends. Eligible associates may receive:
