Role and Responsibilities
As a Inventory Handler, you play a crucial role in daily store operations by efficiently managing product deliveries, ensuring inventory is accurately placed, and helping maintain a safe and well-organized store. Your attention to detail and commitment to safety ensure that customers can easily find what they need.
Receive, sort, and stock merchandise accurately and efficiently
Use safe lifting and handling practices to manage inventory
Keep store aisles neat, safe, and accessible for shoppers
Interact professionally with team members, vendors, and customers
Report any safety or security concerns immediately
Help maintain cleanliness and order in all work areas
Take on additional tasks as needed to support store success
Minimum Qualifications
Basic math and literacy skills (e.g., reading, addition, subtraction)
Strong verbal communication and listening abilities
Familiarity with smartphones or retail technology tools
Capability to stand, walk, or remain stationary for long periods
Able to lift 25 pounds independently; heavier items may require assistance
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with forklifts or similar powered equipment
Background in warehouse, stocking, or inventory management

Travel Requirements
This position typically does not require regular travel, though occasional travel for training or store support may be necessary.
Working Conditions
Work may take place indoors or outdoors, sometimes in noisy environments or around machinery. Lifting is generally limited to 75 lbs per person, with team lifts encouraged for heavier loads. Training is required for using powered equipment.
