Role and Responsibilities:
You will manage and grow a portfolio of residential customer accounts by proactively identifying sales opportunities, delivering personalized solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will collaborate with internal teams to support order fulfillment and maintain detailed sales records.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with homeowners, contractors, and property managers.
- Engage regularly with clients to assess needs, recommend products, and offer tailored solutions.
- Serve as the primary contact for residential clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, and outreach efforts.
- Stay informed about Lowe’s product offerings and provide expert consultations.
- Develop customized sales strategies and account plans to grow market share.
- Collaborate with logistics, inventory, and customer service teams to ensure timely order delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer contacts, and forecasts.
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction, encourage repeat business, and identify new sales opportunities.
- Participate in sales meetings and training to enhance product knowledge and skills.
Required Skills and Experience:
- High School Diploma or GED (Bachelor’s Degree preferred).
- 2+ years of experience in residential or B2C sales, preferably in home improvement, construction, or retail.
- Experience managing customer relationships and sales pipelines.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
- Ability to build trust and strong client relationships.
- Creative problem-solving skills to resolve customer concerns.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple accounts and priorities.
- Basic knowledge of residential construction and home improvement products.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with contractors, remodelers, or builders in sales roles.
- Knowledge of Lowe’s product offerings and residential services.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and sales management software (CRM).
