Your Impact:

As a Territory Manager, you will lead, support, and develop a team of outside sales professionals to achieve sales and profitability goals. You will build strong relationships with Pro Customers, deeply understand their needs, and ensure your team consistently delivers value, grows sales, and provides excellent service.

What You Will Do:

  • Drive year-over-year sales growth by expanding Lowe's Pro Sales influence through coaching and developing outside sales representatives.
  • Lead your sales team to meet portfolio financial goals for assigned customers.
  • Engage, inspire, and develop your team to reach their highest potential.
  • Execute consistent sales coaching and monitor team activities via CRM systems.
  • Recruit, select, develop, and retain outside sales talent.
  • Conduct portfolio reviews, joint sales calls, and provide feedback to improve sales effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with sales professionals to create and execute sales strategies targeting key customer opportunities.
  • Analyze data trends to drive business results and improve team productivity.
  • Build and maintain cross-functional relationships internally and with customers.
  • Manage sales reports, expenses, and weekly sales summaries to track team performance.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • 5 years of outside sales management experience in a leadership role.
  • 3 years’ experience with Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • 3 years’ experience using CRM software, preferably Salesforce.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

Starting pay varies based on factors including position, location, education, training, and experience.
