Role and Responsibilities

As a Product Receiver, you play an important role in ensuring efficient store operations by receiving, organizing, and stocking merchandise accurately. Your attention to safety and detail helps maintain an orderly and accessible shopping environment for customers.

• Receive, sort, and replenish merchandise with accuracy and efficiency

• Follow proper lifting and handling procedures to ensure safety

• Keep store aisles clean, safe, and easy for customers to navigate

• Communicate professionally with coworkers, vendors, and customers

• Report safety or security concerns promptly

• Maintain cleanliness and organization in all work areas

• Complete additional tasks as needed to support store operations

Minimum Qualifications

• Basic literacy and numeracy skills (including addition and subtraction)

• Strong verbal communication and active listening abilities

• Comfortable using smartphones and retail technology

• Ability to stand, walk, or remain stationary for extended periods

• Capable of lifting up to 25 pounds independently; assistance provided for heavier items

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience operating forklifts or similar powered equipment

• Previous experience in warehouse, stocking, or inventory roles

Travel Requirements

This position generally does not involve regular travel; however, occasional trips for training or store support may be required.

Working Conditions

Work may take place both indoors and outdoors, with possible exposure to noise and machinery. Lifting limits are set at 75 pounds per person, with team lifts encouraged for heavier items. Proper training is required for using powered equipment.
