Role and Responsibilities:
As a Sales Associate at Lowe’s, you will be an integral part of the store’s daily operations and play a key role in providing excellent customer service.
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Provide information and guidance on products, promotions, and services offered at Lowe’s.
- Help customers find the right solutions for their home improvement projects.
- Actively engage in upselling and cross-selling to achieve sales targets and meet customer needs.
- Maintain store appearance by stocking shelves, setting up product displays, and organizing aisles.
- Assist with receiving, unpacking, and organizing inventory, ensuring products are properly labeled and priced.
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system.
- Collaborate with team members and management to achieve sales goals and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Ensure the store is clean, organized, and safe for customers and employees.
- Address customer concerns and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
Required Skills and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is a plus, but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer inquiries.
- Comfortable working with basic technology such as cash registers and inventory systems.
- Ability to lift and move merchandise up to 50 lbs.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and perform tasks like bending and kneeling.

- Prior experience in retail or sales environment.
- Familiarity with home improvement products or willingness to learn.
