Role and Responsibilities:

As a Sales Associate at Lowe’s, you will be an integral part of the store’s daily operations and play a key role in providing excellent customer service.

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
• Provide information and guidance on products, promotions, and services offered at Lowe’s.
• Help customers find the right solutions for their home improvement projects.
• Actively engage in upselling and cross-selling to achieve sales targets and meet customer needs.
• Maintain store appearance by stocking shelves, setting up product displays, and organizing aisles.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and organizing inventory, ensuring products are properly labeled and priced.
• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system.
• Collaborate with team members and management to achieve sales goals and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Ensure the store is clean, organized, and safe for customers and employees.
• Address customer concerns and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.

Required Skills and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in retail or customer service is a plus, but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer inquiries.
• Comfortable working with basic technology such as cash registers and inventory systems.
• Ability to lift and move merchandise up to 50 lbs.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and perform tasks like bending and kneeling.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in retail or sales environment.
• Familiarity with home improvement products or willingness to learn.
