Role and Responsibilities:

As a Senior AI Engineer, you will lead the development and execution of AI and machine learning projects that shape the future of retail technology. You will drive product vision, deliver data-driven insights, and enhance customer experience through advanced analytics and machine learning techniques.

• Drive the development of product vision and strategy using data and insights to identify innovation opportunities.
• Apply advanced analytics to understand customer behavior and improve customer experience.
• Lead end-to-end execution of data science projects, including deploying ML models to Google Cloud and performing performance testing and tuning.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to advocate for data-driven decisions and generate actionable insights.
• Utilize TensorFlow, PyTorch, and OpenCV to develop applications involving object detection, image classification, depth estimation, generative AI, and image segmentation.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in science, technology, engineering, math, or a relevant field, or equivalent work experience.
• At least 2 years of experience executing and deploying data science, machine learning, and deep learning projects (fewer years accepted with advanced degrees).
• Minimum 1 year of programming language experience.
• At least 1 year experience working with ML Operations tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in STEM, statistics, data science, or quantitative analytics.
• 1 year experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases, Hadoop ecosystem, Druid, Trino, Big Query, and Google Vertex AI.
