What You Will Do:

The Senior Account Manager – Pro Sales is responsible for driving revenue growth from Lowe’s largest regional Pro customers. This role involves building and maintaining relationships, attending tradeshows, conducting site visits, and using strategic solutions to meet client needs. The Account Manager is key in expanding product category adoption, negotiating terms, and coordinating cross-functional support to grow Pro customer sales.

  • Drive sales for an assigned portfolio of high-potential Pro customers through cold calling, lead generation, client visits, and participation in tradeshows.
  • Conduct regular jobsite visits to assess material needs, take orders, and coordinate timely fulfillment with store teams.
  • Negotiate pricing and contract terms with clients to close sales and deepen relationships.
  • Conduct market and district-level research to identify and pursue new Pro customer opportunities.
  • Develop and execute tailored strategies to manage assigned accounts and maximize sales impact.
  • Work collaboratively with District Managers, Store Managers, and merchandising teams to deliver relevant products and solutions.
  • Meet regularly with top purchasing decision-makers and organize quarterly and annual planning meetings.
  • Make 12–15 consultative sales calls weekly, focusing on planning, scheduling, product introduction, and account support.
  • Leverage Lowe’s CRM tools, sales programs, and fulfillment options to serve customers effectively.
  • Regularly update District Managers on sales progress, account activity, and yearly targets.
  • Align with internal teams to ensure optimal inventory, service levels, and customer satisfaction.
  • Analyze competitor trends, pricing, and Pro program offerings to refine strategies.
  • Integrate with customer accounting and operations systems to streamline procurement and billing processes.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field and 4+ years of professional sales experience or 8+ years of relevant sales experience in lieu of a degree.
  • Business-to-business sales experience with strategic or key accounts.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Teams) and CRM tools.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Sales experience in construction, maintenance, repair, operations, or property management industries.

Compensation:

Pay Range: $86,900.00 – $145,100.00 annually

Starting rate of pay may vary based on position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience.
