Role and Responsibilities

As a Retail Stocking Clerk, your primary responsibilities involve maintaining product availability and ensuring shelves and displays are organized and fully stocked. Your work is essential to maintaining store efficiency and a positive shopping environment.

• Restock shelves and product displays as needed

• Perform regular inventory checks and update stock records

• Organize and label merchandise according to store guidelines

• Unpack, sort, and organize incoming inventory

• Keep backroom and sales areas tidy and efficient

• Collaborate with coworkers to achieve stocking and inventory targets

• Help with fulfilling and preparing customer orders placed online

Required Skills and Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED)

• Capable of safely lifting and handling heavy merchandise

• Strong attention to accuracy and detail

• Able to work effectively in a high-paced environment

• Basic computer skills; familiarity with inventory tools is a plus

• Good organizational and time-management abilities
