Role and Responsibilities
As a Inventory Control Specialist, your primary duty is to manage inventory and ensure products are attractively and accurately presented throughout the store. Your work supports efficient store operations and contributes to customer satisfaction.
Restock shelves and displays with merchandise
Perform routine inventory checks and updates
Ensure items are accurately labeled and neatly arranged
Assist with receiving, unpacking, and organizing new inventory
Keep work and storage areas clean and orderly
Work alongside store associates to meet stocking and inventory targets
Support the fulfillment of online orders when needed
Required Skills and Experience
High school diploma or equivalent
Physically able to lift, move, and carry heavy items
Strong attention to detail and precision in work
Ability to work efficiently in a high-activity environment
Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with inventory tools
Solid organizational and time management skills
