Role and Responsibilities

As a Retail Merchandise Stocker, your job is to make sure merchandise is available, neatly displayed, and accurately labeled—supporting smooth store operations and customer satisfaction.

• Replenish shelves and floor displays with merchandise

• Perform inventory checks and update stock documentation

• Organize and label items following store procedures

• Unpack, sort, and store incoming shipments

• Maintain a clean and orderly sales floor and stockroom

• Work closely with team members to meet stocking and inventory goals

• Help fulfill and stage online orders for customer pickup or delivery

Required Skills and Experience

• High school diploma or GED

• Physically capable of lifting and moving heavy products

• High attention to detail and accuracy

• Able to perform efficiently in a fast-paced retail setting

• Basic computer skills; experience with inventory systems is helpful

• Good organizational and time-management skills
