Role and Responsibilities

As a Merchandise Replenisher, you are a key contributor to the smooth operation of the store by efficiently receiving, sorting, and stocking merchandise. Your focus on accuracy and safety helps ensure a well-organized and accessible shopping environment for customers.

• Accurately receive, organize, and replenish merchandise

• Follow safe lifting and handling procedures when managing inventory

• Maintain clean, safe, and accessible aisles for customers

• Communicate professionally with colleagues, vendors, and customers

• Quickly report any safety or security issues

• Keep work areas tidy and organized

• Perform other duties as assigned to support store operations

Minimum Qualifications

• Basic skills in reading, writing, and math (including addition and subtraction)

• Good verbal communication and active listening skills

• Comfortable using smartphones and retail technology tools

• Ability to stand, walk, or remain in one place for extended periods

• Capable of lifting up to 25 pounds unassisted; assistance available for heavier items

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience operating forklifts or similar powered equipment

• Prior background in warehouse, inventory, or stocking roles

Working Conditions
