Role and Responsibilities

As a Store Restocker, you’ll be responsible for ensuring merchandise is readily available and properly arranged throughout the store. Your efforts help keep operations running efficiently while creating a positive environment for shoppers.

• Refill shelves and product displays regularly

• Conduct inventory audits and update stock information

• Properly label and organize items according to store standards

• Receive, unpack, and sort merchandise shipments

• Maintain cleanliness and organization in both sales and storage areas

• Coordinate with team members to meet stocking and inventory goals

• Assist with picking and preparing online orders for customer fulfillment

Required Skills and Experience

• High school diploma or GED

• Physically able to lift, carry, and move heavy products

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail setting

• Basic computer literacy; experience with inventory systems is helpful

• Solid organizational skills and time management abilities
